Meetings on Delay Days

To be proactive in our planning, we will follow this procedure in the event of inclement weather on a day when you were scheduled an IEP, 504, or GIEP team meeting. 

We will cancel all 8:30, 9:30, and 10:10 meeting times.  If we are not able to reschedule these meetings on a different day due to compliance issues, they will be rescheduled for a different time on the delayed day. If you are unable to attend the new time, the school team will still meet and the case manager will follow up with you. If there is still time in the compliance window, the meeting will be fully rescheduled. 

The first snow day is a day off for students and staff. All subsequent snow days will shift to a flexible instruction day (virtual) after a 2 hour delay. Meetings scheduled on these days will operate in the same fashion as a regular delay day except all meetings will be virtual.
