To be proactive in our planning, we will follow this procedure in the event of inclement weather on a day when you were scheduled for an IEP, 504, or GIEP team meeting.

We will cancel all meetings scheduled to begin between 8:30 am - 10:30 am and resume meetings starting at 10:50 am. Your case manager will be in touch with you to determine the rescheduled date.

The first snow day in December was a day off for staff and students. All subsequent snow days will shift to a flexible instruction day (virtual) after a 2-hour delay. Meetings scheduled on these days will operate in the same manner as a regular delay day, except that all meetings will be held virtually.
